• Minimum 10 years of product management experience.
• 3+ years leading Product Managers.
• Proven success in scaling B2B or SaaS platforms.
• Experience consolidating roadmaps and prioritising work.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development and delivery of the Ads Manager roadmap.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of three Product Managers.
• Consolidate multiple roadmaps into a single, prioritised plan.
• Partner with engineering, design and commercial teams to align delivery.
• Align product decisions with commercial objectives to drive growth.
• Engage senior stakeholders to support the product vision.
