Macquarie Group is seeking an experienced risk professional to provide independent oversight of operational risk across markets-facing businesses, with a focus on equities derivatives and trading.

You will review risk reporting, incidents, and key risk indicators, while partnering with business stakeholders to ensure risks are identified, understood and managed effectively. The role supports regulatory engagement and enhancements to the operational risk framework.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in financial markets, with equities/derivatives exposure is desirable.
• Proven ability to assess risks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication with global stakeholders.

• Provide independent oversight of operational risk across markets-facing businesses, focusing on Equities Derivatives and Trading.
• Review risk reporting, incidents, KRIs and assurance activities to identify and manage material risks.
• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate initiatives and enhance risk framework across Macquarie.
