Informit in Melbourne is seeking a Platform Operations and Delivery Coordinator to ensure reliable day-to-day operation and ongoing improvements of Informit’s digital platform. You will work with the Head of Platform, internal teams and external partners to coordinate requirements, testing, release activities, monitoring, incidents and content loading.

A key part is onboarding and troubleshooting, building strong vendor relationships and documenting processes to improve reliability and customer

Responsabilidades

• Manage reliable day-to-day operation of Informit's digital platform.
• Coordinate requirements, testing, release activities, operational monitoring and incident management.
• Assist with content loading and service improvements across teams.
• Support complex customer onboarding and troubleshooting, working across teams to resolve platform, content, access and integration issues.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders and document operational processes.
