Job summary

RMIT UP, operating Informit’s digital platform, seeks a Platform Operations and Delivery Coordinator to ensure reliable day-to-day operations and ongoing improvements. You will work with the Head of Platform, internal teams, and external partners to coordinate requirements, testing, releases and incidents.

You will lead onboarding and troubleshooting across teams, build strong vendor relationships, and document processes to improve service quality and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating technology, platform or digital service operations, including incident management, testing, releases or service improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with internal teams, vendors and external partners.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to diverse audiences.
• Strong project and change management capability, balancing time, cost, quality and business outcomes.
• Advanced digital and technology literacy, with the ability to navigate complex systems.
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach, able to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate business requirements, testing, release activities and operational monitoring.
• Manage incident response, content loading and service improvements across the platform.
• Support complex customer onboarding and troubleshooting with cross-team collaboration.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders and maintain operational processes and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, quality and customer experience of the platform.
