Job summary
WorkCover Queensland is leading a strategic transformation and seeking a senior technology leader to oversee Digital Experience Applications platforms, delivering enterprise-scale outcomes across Sitecore, Livepro and Genesys Cloud.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team, partner with business and IT stakeholders, and drive platform strategy while balancing delivery priorities, risk, and governance in a regulated environment.
Qualifications
- Experience leading enterprise-scale platforms in complex environments.
- Proven track record coaching high-performing technical teams.
- Experience in Agile, DevOps and product-led environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience operating within regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the platform roadmap, backlog and end-to-end lifecycle from demand to continuous improvement.
- Drive major platform initiatives and business transformation across digital experience platforms (Sitecore, Genesys Cloud, Livepro).
- Partner with business stakeholders, architects, leads and vendors to deliver value.
- Translate complex technical concepts, risks and opportunities into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure platform reliability, security, performance, scalability and operational sustainability.
- Manage platform costs, vendor relationships, risk and governance obligations.
