You will balance technical leadership with people leadership to empower the Platform team and ensure secure, reliable platform services.

Qualifications
- Experience leading Platform Engineering or DevOps teams.
- Strong CI/CD design experience from ground up.
- Deep deployment automation knowledge.
- Experience with hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments.
- Strong knowledge of AWS and Linux.
- Proficient with Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with release governance and deployment controls.
- Scripting and automation capabilities.
- Experience with cloud platforms and container technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead platform engineering and architecture efforts for CI/CD pipelines.
- Own platform standards, prioritization and runbooks.
- Develop reusable deployment patterns and templates.
- Improve developer self‑service through automation and docs.
- Drive continuous improvement with deployment metrics and platform performance.
