Job summary

Isaac Regional Council is seeking a motivated Plant Operator to support the delivery, maintenance and operation of Council’s vehicles, plant and equipment within the Infrastructure team. The role helps deliver civil infrastructure assets across the Isaac Region and contribute to efficient construction and maintenance services for our communities.

Essential qualifications include a Construction White Card and a valid driver licence.

Join our Infrastructure team and help deliver essential services to the Isaac Region

Isaac Regional Council is seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Plant Operator to support the delivery, maintenance, and operation of Council’s vehicles, plant, and equipment. As part of the Infrastructure team, you will play an important role in maintaining and improving civil infrastructure assets across the region. This hands‑on position contributes to the efficient delivery of construction, maintenance, and operational services that support our communities.

Qualifications- Mandatory – this role requires the possession of:

• Construction White Card (Construction Industry)
• Valid Driver Licence.

If you are successful in this position, you will receive:

• Salary $71,802.00 - $75,719.00 per annum (Stream B, Level 4 – 6)
• Nominally 76 hours per fortnight (Monday to Friday)
• 5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading
• RDO’s in accordance with Council Policy
• Up to 14.5% super in accordance with Council Policy
