Job summary

Isaac Regional Council is seeking a motivated Plant Operator to support the delivery, maintenance and operation of road infrastructure in Dysart. This hands-on role contributes to the efficient delivery of construction, maintenance and operational services across the Isaac Region.

Key requirements include Construction White Card and a valid driver licence. The position offers a salary of 71,802 to 75,719 AUD per year, 76-hour fortnights, 5 weeks annual leave and 14.5% super, plus corporate

Plant Operator – Infrastructure (Roads) Dysart

Isaac Regional Council is seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Plant Operator to support the delivery, maintenance, and operation of Council’s vehicles, plant, and equipment. As part of the Infrastructure team, you will play an important role in maintaining and improving civil infrastructure assets across the region. This hands‑on position contributes to the efficient delivery of construction, maintenance, and operational services that support our communities.

Key Competencies:

Qualifications- Mandatory – this role requires the possession of:

• Construction White Card (Construction Industry)
• Valid Driver Licence.

If you are successful in this position, you will receive:

• Salary $71,802.00 - $75,719.00 per annum (Stream B, Level 4 – 6)
• Nominally 76 hours per fortnight (Monday to Friday)
• 5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading
• RDO’s in accordance with Council Policy
• Up to 14.5% super in accordance with Council Policy
