Job summary

Scenic Rim Regional Council is seeking a full-time Plant Operator (Level 6) in Beaudesert. You will operate graders, excavators, loaders, backhoes and cranes to shape roads and infrastructure while working under supervision.

Ideal candidates have an HR Licence, White Card, and Plant Competency Cards with hands-on civil roadwork experience and a strong safety mindset. Join a team committed to service and quality outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Operate heavy hitters like graders, excavators, loaders, backhoes, and mobile cranes.
• Shape urban and rural roads and keep our local infrastructure top-notch.
• Perform daily pre-start checks, complete minor machinery maintenance, and work smart under remote supervision.

What You Need

• Valid HR Licence, White Card, and relevant Plant Competency Cards.
• Solid hands-on experience running heavy machinery for civil roadwork.
• A strong safety mindset and a great team attitude.
