The Opportunity

The Plant Operator - Low Loader is responsible for providing the Fleet and Resource team with skilled heavy plant operation especially Low Loader operations. You will skillfully operate WDRC's plant as required to support any Infrastructure Services tasks as required while supporting all operational and maintenance policies and procedures.

This role encompasses a range of duties and responsibilities which may vary as directed by Council. The key ones include:

Providing a high standard of operating skills on civil construction and maintenance plant and other equipment.

Effectively using your communication skills to ensure an understanding in maintaining assigned equipment.

Completing allocated tasks consistently within agreed time frames

Be aware and adhering to safe work practices to ensure all risks are minimised.
