Job summary

ACCIONA in Adelaide seeks a hands-on Plant Operations Supervisor to manage plant on the ANI project and supervise civil and structural works. You will plan and optimise the use of plant, people and materials to meet schedule, specification and cost targets, while coordinating with subcontractors and site crews.

This role requires COR experience, plant management capability, and the ability to step in across the supervision team to keep delivery on track on a major Defence infrastructure project.

Qualifications

• Proven plant management experience on construction projects.
• COR experience.
• Australian citizen eligible for Baseline Security Clearance.
• Experience supervising civil works and structures.
• Capability to step in across the supervision team as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage plant operations and optimise plant, people and materials to meet program and cost.
• Supervise civil and structural works to program, specification and cost.
• Oversee subcontractors and site crews across all construction phases.
• Verify progress and quality of work through each phase of the project.
• Plan and sequence construction activities with the project team.
• Represent ACCIONA on site matters and ensure compliance with safety standards.
