Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our defence infrastructure project in South Australia. Reporting to the Project Engineer, you will support safe, efficient delivery of civil works and manage site engineering activities to achieve project objectives.

Key responsibilities include coordinating on-site activities, interpreting drawings, ensuring quality and compliance, and contributing to cost and programme reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Engineer on civil infrastructure projects.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site activities to meet safety, quality, cost and schedule targets.
• Plan and execute construction works per drawings and specs.
• Deliver retaining wall structures to design requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to achieve programme.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, QA, and environmental standards.
• Support project controls: progress tracking, cost, and reporting.
• Maintain QA records, inspections and as-built documentation.
