Job summary

Crushing Dynamics QLD is seeking a night-shift Plant Maintenance fitter to join our Luscombe-based team. You will maintain fixed and mobile crushing plant, perform mechanical repairs, respond to breakdowns, and undertake fabrication work within a small, safety-focused maintenance team.

Ideal candidates will have welding/fabrication skills, strong preventive maintenance knowledge, and the ability to work autonomously with attention to detail on site in South-East Queensland.

Qualifications

• High level of experience in safety management.
• Experience repairing and maintaining conveyor belts, crushing, and screening systems.
• Experience working with trucks and heavy earthmoving equipment highly regarded.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.
• Competent welding and fabrication skills required.
• Strong understanding of preventative maintenance and diagnostic fault finding.
• Strong time management skills.
• High attention to detail
• WHS and safe work practices commitment
• Forklift Licence, Working at Heights, EWP, and First Aid highly regarded
• Cert III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade or relevant mechanical trade qualification

Crushing Dynamics QLD are a multi-functional crushing enterprise located in the industrial heart of South-East Queensland. We service some of the region’s biggest civil projects through the production of road bases, aggregates, and dust.

We currently operate with a medium-sized team, however with forecasted business growth and additional capabilities being introduced to the quarry, we are expecting significant expansion and diversification. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to become an integral part of this growth. Our site is based at Luscombe.

Your New Role

Your Skills and Experience
