Qualifications

• Requires degree or relevant research experience.
• Experience with plant DNA/RNA extraction and PCR.
• Library preparation experience for sequencing is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality DNA/RNA extractions from plant tissues.
• Prepare DNA/RNA sequencing libraries (ONT and other platforms).
• Process and analyze sequence data.
• Assist with sampling, marker design/testing for endangered species.
