Job summary

Sunshine Coast Civil Pty Ltd is seeking motivated Plant & Machinery Operators to join our civil projects starting early 2027. We value reliable, hard-working team members with a strong can-do attitude to help deliver projects on time and safely.

Minimum 5 years operator experience and White Card, with thorough pre-start checks and care for plant. You will work in a safe, team-based environment on civil earthworks and trenching, with autonomy when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operator experience.
• Construction induction safety certificate (White Card) required.
• Honest work ethic and a positive can-do attitude.
