Job summary

The Australian Compliance Institute is seeking a Plant Onboarding Coordinator to support the safe entry and operation of plant across a major construction programme in Adelaide. You will maintain plant data, verify compliance and coordinate onboarding with suppliers and site teams.

This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication and experience with plant systems such as 3D Safety. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure records are complete and risks

Qualifications

• Plant administration or coordination experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical plant within civil construction or infrastructure.
• Experience with 3D Safety or comparable compliance systems.
• Accurate record keeping, organisation and proactive follow-up.
• Confident communication with suppliers, subcontractors and site teams.
• Plant operating experience or close equipment exposure is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate plant onboarding and records so equipment can enter and operate safely across a major construction programme.
• Maintain plant data, verification and tracking in 3D Safety or the project system.
• Review safety-related docs: safe-work methods, inspections, risk assessments and maintenance evidence.
• Check equipment compliance, servicing schedules and expiring certifications.
• Coordinate operator onboarding and equipment-to-operator records.
• Resolve missing information with suppliers and site teams and escalate plant risks promptly.
