Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services Pty is seeking a coordinator to manage plant onboarding and records for a major construction programme in Australia. You will maintain plant data in project systems, review risk assessments and verify maintenance evidence to ensure safe operations.

Ideal candidates will have plant administration or civil construction experience, with strong communication to suppliers and site teams. On-site duties and collaboration with the project team are essential.

Qualifications

• Plant administration or coordination experience.

• Experience with 3D Safety or similar compliance systems.

• Confident communication with suppliers, subcontractors and site teams.
• Plant operating experience or close equipment exposure is highly regarded.
