Job summary

Argon & Co's Neos team in Australia is expanding. We seek a Solution Consultant – Planning Systems Implementation to work with clients on supply chain planning needs and translate them into practical technology solutions across the full implementation lifecycle.

You will lead or support client workshops, translate business requirements into functional specifications, and collaborate with business, technical and consulting teams to deliver successful APS implementations.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years' experience in technology/software delivery or relevant supply chain operations.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Technology, Business or related discipline.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning processes and Advanced Planning Systems.
• Experience gathering requirements and developing functional specifications or solution designs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative approach and the ability to manage priorities and deliver to deadlines.
• RELEX implementation experience will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' supply chain and planning requirements.
• Design, configure and implement Advanced Planning Systems (APS).
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and practical system solutions.
• Lead or support client workshops, including requirements gathering, process redesign and training.
• Collaborate with business, technical and consulting teams to deliver successful implementations.
• Provide analysis and support through go-live and post-implementation, identifying opportunities to improve processes and solutions.
