Our IT Planning & Performance Management team sits at the centre of the Information Technology department, supporting strategic planning, portfolio management, governance and executive reporting.
This role is ideal for a highly organised and analytically minded professional who enjoys bringing structure and discipline to complex planning environments. A key focus of the role is maintaining our central plan of technology initiatives and investment activity. Working closely with initiative owners across IT, you will ensure planning information remains accurate, current and useful for decision-making.
Success in this role requires someone who is equally comfortable identifying opportunities for process improvement and rolling up their sleeves to do the work required to keep planning data accurate. Alongside planning and portfolio management activities, you will also contribute to executive reporting, governance forums and continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
You are a strong communicator, problem-solver and relationship builder; a Swiss Army knife who thrives on variety and can confidently turn your hand to everything from long-term planning and portfolio analysis to the unexpected requests that arise in a busy corporate environment.
