Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of the Technology Plan, ensuring initiative information is accurate, current and complete.
  • Build trusted relationships across IT to gather, validate and maintain planning information from initiative owners and stakeholders.
  • Use Jira and related tools to manage portfolio information, improve data quality and support planning and reporting activities.
  • Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, briefing papers and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Support the governance of technology initiatives, ensuring decisions, risks, actions and dependencies are tracked and managed.
  • Coordinate key management forums and committees, including agenda development, secretariat support and action management.
  • Analyse portfolio trends and performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve delivery outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning, reporting and governance processes, including opportunities for automation and simplification.

## Planning & Performance Management SpecialistApply: Sydney: Full time: Posted Today: JR5006* **Hybrid work environment with a blend of office and home-based work*** **15 month contract opportunity*** **Influence planning, portfolio management and performance outcomes across one of Australia's most important technology organisations****About the team**Our IT Planning & Performance Management team sits at the centre of the Information Technology department, supporting strategic planning, portfolio management, governance and executive reporting.We work closely with technology leaders across the Bank to maintain a clear view of technology investment, support effective decision-making and ensure the IT executive is appropriately supported.**About the role**This role is ideal for a highly organised and analytically minded professional who enjoys bringing structure and discipline to complex planning environments.A key focus of the role is maintaining our central plan of technology initiatives and investment activity. Working closely with initiative owners across IT, you will ensure planning information remains accurate, current and useful for decision-making.Success in this role requires someone who is equally comfortable identifying opportunities for process improvement and rolling up their sleeves to do the work required to keep planning data accurate.
