Job summary

Iplex Pipelines in Brisbane is seeking a Planning Manager to lead a high-performing planning team within a complex manufacturing and supply chain setting. You will drive planning performance, inventory optimisation, scheduling outcomes and ensure supply continuity, balancing customer demand with operations.

This role suits a dynamic leader who can unite stakeholders, apply strategic thinking with practical execution, and foster continuous improvement and development of the planning capability

Qualifications

• Experience in supply planning, scheduling or inventory planning within a complex manufacturing environment.
• Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related discipline.
• Proven leadership experience and coaching/upsKilling teams.
• Strong systems capability with exposure to JDE, SAP, IBP or similar ERP platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills with data-to-insights ability.
• Skilled communicator who can influence across stakeholders.
• Process-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.

We are excited to start the search for this role due to internal progression, this is an exciting opportunity to join to lead a high-performing Planning team at the centre of a complex manufacturing and supply chain operation. As Planning Manager, you will be responsible for driving planning performance, inventory optimisation, scheduling outcomes and supply continuity, ensuring customer demand is balanced with operational capability. Working across a diverse stakeholder landscape, you will bring people together, navigate competing priorities, and turn challenges into practical, commercial solutions.

This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys bringing people together to solve complex challenges. You will combine strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach, building strong relationships and influencing outcomes across the business. With a passion for continuous improvement and developing high-performing teams, you will help shape the future of planning capability, systems and processes at Iplex.

Does This Sound Like You?

• Experience in supply planning, scheduling or inventory planning ideally within a complex manufacturing environment.
