Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is seeking a Placement and Marketing Officer to help job seekers find meaningful employment by connecting them with employers and promoting inclusive workplaces. You’ll understand each job seeker’s talents, then match them to employer needs, including in-person meetings and proactive outreach.

You’ll be part of Mylestones, with opportunities for career growth and competitive hourly rates, and support to deliver great outcomes for both jobseekers and employers.

Qualifications

• A passion for people and a focus on great customer service.
• A commitment to working together to deliver great outcomes.
• Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these).
• Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with jobseekers and support them to achieve their career goals.
• Proactively build relationships with employers by understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored workforce solutions.
• Match jobseekers to employer needs and promote inclusive workplaces.
• Engage with employer forums and professional networks to stay updated on labour market trends.
• Travel to Booval and surrounding areas to connect job seekers with opportunities.
