Job summary

Magic Brothers Pizzeria is seeking a Pizza Maker and Shift Leader to run our store on rostered nights. You will base dough, lead a small team through the dinner rush, and ensure every pizza leaving the shop is of high quality.

The role is full-time (38 hours/week) Tuesday to Saturday evenings with no Sundays. Responsibilities include dough basing, pizza creation, opening/closing, stock management, catering prep, and end-of-day reconciliation.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year making pizza or working in a fast-food kitchen.
• Experience leading a shift or training staff.
• Calm under pressure and a clear communicator.
• Driver’s licence and own car (per-km allowance)

Responsibilities

• Dough basing and pizza/product creation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Open and close the store using checklists.
• Lead a small team through dinner rush and ensure quality.
• Count stock, place weekly orders, and plan catering orders within budget.
• Prep and deliver catering orders, sometimes outside trading hours, paid per hour.
• Maintain food safety, cleaning and OH&S standards.
