Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Comply with WHS and Food Safety standards.
• Support Head Chef in menu execution and food presentation.
• Prepare traditional hand-stretched, wood-fired pizzas with consistent quality.
• Ensure timely service and maintain quality benchmarks.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff during shifts.
• Assist with stock management and ordering.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen areas.
