Job summary

Sydney Brewery in Rozelle is seeking a reliable Pizza Chef to join our Brewery Restaurant. You will prepare and cook pizzas to a high standard, work with a tight-knit kitchen team, and help ensure smooth service during busy periods.

The role offers casual shifts Wednesday–Sunday, staff discounts on food and drinks, and opportunities to develop your skills within the business. You will monitor stock, assist with deliveries, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Pizza kitchen experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in food quality

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation of other menu items as required

• Ensuring all food is prepared, stored, and presented to quality and safety standards
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen workspace
• Assisting with stock rotation, deliveries, and general kitchen duties
• Working closely with the kitchen team to deliver great service during busy periods

About you

• Previous experience working in a pizza kitchen or fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in food quality
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the business
• Kitchen: 1 year required
• Work authorisation: Australia required
• Ability to reliably commute to Rozelle NSW 2039
