Job summary

Kingpin Bondi is hiring a skilled Pizza Chef to help launch Sydney's newest entertainment venue. You’ll craft high-quality pizzas, maintain fast service and uphold food safety standards in a vibrant opening team.

Working in a fast-paced kitchen, you’ll manage pizza production during peak periods, contribute to stock control, and collaborate with the broader kitchen to deliver memorable guest experiences at Bondi's brand-new venue.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Pizza Chef in a pizza-focused kitchen.
• Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality pizzas.
• Manage pizza service during busy periods and events.
• Maintain consistency, presentation and portion controls.
• Support stock control, food preparation and kitchen organisation.
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards and collaborate with the kitchen team.

We're opening a brand-new Kingpin Bondi Junction and looking for a skilled Pizza Chef to help bring our food offering to life.

Working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, you'll be responsible for crafting quality pizzas, maintaining exceptional food standards and delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests. With a dedicated pizza oven, premium ingredients and a menu designed to impress, this is an exciting opportunity to join an opening team from day one.
