Job summary

Hunter Street Hospitality, home to Fratelli Fresh, is seeking passionate pizza chefs for Darling Harbour. We offer full-time and casual roles with the chance to grow within a national brand and work in a vibrant kitchen.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years as a pizza chef or similar, are comfortable working independently, can dough prep and stretch, operate a pizza oven, and contribute to a busy, high‑pressure environment with strong teamwork and presentation.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
