Job summary

Appoint Recruit is partnering with a civil contractor on the Sunshine Coast to recruit an experienced Pipe Laying Foreman. You will lead pipe laying crews across stormwater, sewer and watermain works, ensuring productivity and high-quality workmanship with minimal supervision.

You will oversee labour, plant, materials and subcontractors, interpret drawings, manage safety and QA, and drive delivery to program. This permanent role offers autonomy and regional project opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising civil pipe laying crews and underground services works.
• Strong working knowledge of Queensland civil construction standards, including SEQ Code and Unitywater requirements.
• Civil construction qualifications, competencies and industry tickets.
• Confident managing crews, resources and daily site operations independently.

Appoint Recruit is working with an established civil contractor on the Sunshine Coast seeking an experienced Pipe Laying Foreman to join their team.

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing stormwater, sewer, watermain and associated civil infrastructure works. We're looking for someone who can confidently lead crews, maintain productivity and deliver quality workmanship with minimal oversight.

• Manage labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
• Oversee stormwater, sewer, watermain and drainage installations.
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications and project requirements.

About You

• Currently based on the Sunshine Coast or surrounding areas, with the ability to commute to local project sites.
• Current, unrestricted Australian working rights. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are not available for this position.
