Job summary

Grounded Earthmoving Group in Victoria is seeking an experienced Civil Crew Leader and Pipe Layer to join our growing team. You will lead a small crew on civil construction projects, including subdivisions, drainage and sewer works. You will read plans, work from set-out and organise the job to deliver quality outcomes.

A role where your leadership and technical skills are recognised. The position offers a competitive salary and a company vehicle, with Monday–Friday work and optional Saturday

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in civil construction
• Previous experience as a leading hand or crew leader
• Strong formwork in pipe laying
• Ability to read plans and work from set-out
• Good understanding of levels and set-out
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• White Card and driver's licence
• Machine tickets and truck licence are highly regarded
