Framework in Perth is seeking a Piling Supervisor to lead major piling projects across Perth and surrounding areas, including CFA, bored and diaphragm walls. The role emphasizes management of site activities, the successful delivery of projects, and coordination with the Operations Manager.

You will supervise piling crews, allocate labour, mentor staff, uphold OH&S standards, liaise with clients and contractors, and adapt to changing work programmes.

Formación

• Solid understanding of the piling sector.
• Familiarity with CFA and large-diameter bored piling.
• Proven track record delivering similar projects.

About the Role:

Our client is seeking Piling Supervisors to work on major piling projects in Perth and the surrounding areas. Projects will include CFA, Bored and Diaphragm walls.

About the Duties:

• Management of all site activities
• Ensuring the successful delivery of projects
• Reporting to the Operations Manager
• You will be responsible for resourcing of plant and equipment,
• Management of piling crews
• Development of piling crews
• Allocation of labour
• Progressing the project forward.
• Client and contractor liaison
• Adapting to changes in the work programme

About the Requirements:

• You will have a solid understanding of the piling sector
• A solid understanding of various piling techniques especially large-diameter bored and/or CFA piling
• A proven track record of delivering similar projects
• The ability to effectively supervise a piling operation on a daily basis
• Be able to manage the piling crews
• Have the desire to complete challenging projects
• Be capable of motivating the work crews
• Possess strong leadership skills,
• Have a good work ethic
• Demonstrate good communication skills.
• Play a part in training and mentoring new staff
• Strong OH&S awareness is also vital.
