The role reports to the Project Manager, involves setting up sites, coordinating heavy plant and labour, conducting regular client meetings, and maintaining WHS records. Candidates must have full Australian work rights.

Qualifications

• Proven supervision or foreman experience in the piling industry.
• Experience with CFA and bored pile projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to liaise with clients and governing bodies.
• High WHS standards and meticulous record-keeping.
