Job summary

Framework in Perth is seeking a Piling Supervisor to lead major piling projects across Perth and surrounding areas, including CFA, bored and diaphragm walls. The role emphasizes management of site activities, the successful delivery of projects, and coordination with the Operations Manager.

You will supervise piling crews, allocate labour, mentor staff, uphold OH&S standards, liaise with clients and contractors, and adapt to changing work programmes.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the piling sector.
• Familiarity with CFA and large-diameter bored piling.
• Proven track record delivering similar projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all site activities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Report to the Operations Manager.
• Resource plant and equipment and supervise piling crews.
• Develop and mentor piling crews; allocate labour.
