Job summary

Civeo Australia is seeking an experienced Line Chef to join a brand-new Pilbara camp kitchen. The role offers a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth, with 12-hour shifts across day and night, delivering high-volume meals for residents on site.

Successful candidates will have FIFO camp catering experience, a relevant Australian chef qualification, and strong food safety knowledge. Accommodation, meals, and flights are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Previous FIFO camp catering experience (Essential)
• Chef qualification obtained from an Australian institute
• Experience working in a high-volume commercial kitchen
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A current C Class driver’s licence
• Long-term Australian working rights

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard and in line with established menus and recipes
• Working across breakfast, lunch and dinner services in a high-volume camp kitchen
• Maintaining food quality, presentation and consistency
• Following food safety, hygiene and HACCP requirements
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment
• Working collaboratively with Chefs and kitchen staff to deliver meals efficiently
• Supporting the broader kitchen operation as required
• Contributing to a positive team environment and maintaining high standards across the kitchen
