Synergie Australia is seeking a picker for a Melbourne warehouse role operating with RF scanners. The position runs day shift, Monday to Friday, 6am–2pm with overtime potential and an immediate start.

You will pick, pack and stage orders, update inventory, and handle items up to 20 kg in a fast-paced distribution environment. Candidates must have RF scanning experience, warehouse background, and a commitment to safety and accuracy in a busy warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience using RF scanners to pick items.
• Previous warehouse/distribution centre experience.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Pick items using RF scanners and prepare for despatch.
• Pack, label and stage orders for distribution.
• Maintain inventory records by updating systems with picked stock and quantities.
• Manual handling of products up to 20 kg.
