Job summary

Tony Innaimo Transport is seeking experienced Pick Packers to join our distribution centre in Eastern Creek, NSW. The role operates from 6:00am to 2:00pm and involves picking, packing and dispatch preparation in a busy environment.

Ideal candidates are physically fit, reliable and able to maintain accuracy in a high-volume setting. On-site training, consistent work and a supportive team are offered as part of a stable workplace.

Qualifications

• Previous pick packing, warehousing or distribution centre experience.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.

Job description

Tony Innaimo Transport is a privately owned Australian transport and warehousing company with operations across Australia.

We are actively looking for experienced Pick Packers to join our team on our shift generally operating from 6:00am to 2:00pm at our fast-paced Distribution Centre in Eastern Creek, NSW.

This is a hands-on, physically active role within a busy warehouse environment. We are looking for reliable people who are comfortable performing manual work throughout their shift while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy and productivity.

About the Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently

• Using RF scanners and warehouse systems

• Preparing orders for dispatch

• Labelling, sorting and palletising stock

• Moving and handling stock as required

• Performing repetitive manual handling and physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift

• General warehouse duties as required

• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

• Working as part of a team to meet daily operational targets

• Following workplace safety procedures and site requirements

About You

We are looking for people who:

• Have previous pick packing, warehousing or Distribution Centre experience

• Are physically fit and capable of performing manual work throughout the shift

• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment

• Are reliable, punctual and able to maintain a consistent work pace

• Have good attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy

• Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Have a strong commitment to workplace safety

Experience operating a pallet rider or similar warehouse equipment will be highly regarded.
