Job summary

Tailored Workforce is recruiting reliable Warehouse Pick Packers for a large distribution facility in Somerton, Victoria. You will join a fast-paced team focused on accuracy, reliability, and teamwork to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched correctly.

Role involves standing and manual handling with RF scanning and handheld technology. Prior warehouse experience is valued; training may be provided for suitable candidates. You must have a vehicle to get to work and PPE is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Picking products from designated warehouse locations.
• Using RF scanners and handheld warehouse technology.
• Packing orders accurately and securely.
• Checking products against order requirements.
• Labelling cartons and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Replenishing stock and maintaining organised picking locations.
• Moving cartons and stock safely throughout the warehouse.
• Performing quality and accuracy checks.
• Sorting and organising inventory.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe work area.
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Pick Packer, your main responsibility will be ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, checked, packed and prepared for dispatch.

• Picking products from designated warehouse locations
• Using RF scanners and handheld warehouse technology
• Packing orders accurately and securely
• Checking products against order requirements
• Labelling cartons and preparing orders for dispatch

The role can involve standing, walking, bending and repetitive movements throughout the shift, as well as handling cartons and stock in accordance with safe manual-handling procedures.

Previous warehouse, picking, packing, logistics or distribution experience is highly regarded, but training may be provided for suitable candidates.
