Job summary

Australian Staffing Agency (ASA) is seeking dedicated Pick-Packers and General Warehouse workers to join our team in the Northern Suburbs of Sydney. These casual/temporary roles support warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution operations with a variety of shift options.

You will assemble, sort, pack, operate basic machinery, and maintain a clean, safety-focused work environment. Prior warehouse experience is helpful; forklift LO licenses are desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or warehousing is beneficial.
• Ability to lift and handle materials.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments.
• RF scanning familiarity a plus.

These include, Transport and Logistics, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Food Production, Call Centre's, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service and Administration.

We are currently seeking dedicated Pick-Packers and Pick-Packers and General Warehouse workers to join our dynamic team in Northern Suburbs. These roles are vital in supporting our warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution operations across the Western Suburbs.

Monday to Friday, with the following shifts: (Preferences are not guaranteed)

• Day : 6am - 2pm
• Afternoon: 2pm - 10pm
• Night Shifts: –10pm - 6am

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling, sorting, and packing products
• Operating basic machinery and equipment
• Conducting quality control checks
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Adhering to site-specific safety and hygiene protocols
• Performing general warehouse or production duties
• Picking, packing, and labelling items for dispatch
• Organising and maintaining stock within the warehouse
• Assisting with inventory counts and stock rotation
• Operating warehouse equipment (Forklifts and LO Operators – license required, pallet jacks, tuggers)
• Communicating clearly with colleagues and supervisors
• Using RF scanning technology for product tracking
• Meeting daily KPIs and operational deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, automated warehousing environmentpreferred
• Physically capable of lifting and handling materials
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with RF scanning and warehouse systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Endurance for long-standing or repetitive tasks
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Forklift licence and /or LO license is desirable, but not essential
