Warehouse Dispatch (Pick Packer) - Casual

We’re seeking reliable and motivated Casual Warehouse Team Members to join our friendly, fast-paced warehouse team based in Burleigh Heads.

This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible weekday employment. Friday availability is preferred, along with flexibility to work additional shifts during the week as required. There may also be opportunities for extra hours during peak trading periods.

About the Role

As part of our warehouse team, you’ll help ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and efficiently. You’ll also assist with inventory management activities to help maintain stock accuracy and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse. Attention to detail is essential, as you’ll be working with products where accuracy matters.

What we’re looking for:

• Availability Monday to Friday
• Friday availability preferred
• Shifts between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm
• Flexible casual roster

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders
• Prepare orders for dispatch
• Receive, check and put away incoming stock
• Assist with inventory control, stock counts and cycle counts
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies
• Ensure inventory records remain accurate
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required
• Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy

About You

You’ll be:

• Reliable and punctual

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• A positive team player with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable using technology or willing to learn warehouse systems
• Physically capable of undertaking manual handling tasks

Previous warehouse or inventory experience is advantageous but not essential—we’re happy to train the right person.
