Job summary

GoodnessMe is seeking a friendly, reliable Casual Warehouse Pick Packer in Banksmeadow, Sydney. You’ll help get orders out the door in a fast-paced team.

You’ll pack, dispatch, receive stock, maintain inventory, and uphold WHS standards. Physical work up to 25kg. Immediate start.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months warehouse experience.
• Familiarity with WMS and wave/batch picking.
• Experience using RF scanners or handheld devices for inventory.
• Forklift licence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using wave picking.
• Prepare and dispatch orders on time to meet delivery schedules.
• Receive, unload and store incoming stock safely.
• Maintain inventory records and support regular stock counts.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Pick Packer at GoodnessMe, you'll play a hands-on role in getting products out the door and into our customers' hands. Your responsibilities include:

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently using wave picking methodology
• Preparing and dispatching orders on time to meet delivery schedules
• Receiving, unloading, and storing incoming stock safely
• Supporting regular stock counts and keeping inventory records up to date
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse in line with WHS standards
