Job summary

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking Pick and Pack Specialists to ensure products are accurately picked, packed and shipped. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment at locations including St Marys, Eastern Creek, Erskine Park and Blacktown, and you must be available for full-time hours Monday to Friday.

Duties include RF scanning, voice picking, wrapping and labeling pallets, receiving and dispatching, using pallet jacks, and manual handling up to 25 kg.

Qualifications

• Organised and detail-oriented candidate.
• Ability to meet daily targets in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Reliable transport to site and consistency in attendance.
• Must be available for full-time hours Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, RF scanning and voice picking.
• Wrap and label pallets and ensure accurate dispatching.
• Receive and dispatch goods and operate pallet jacks.
• Perform manual handling up to 25 kg and maintain safety standards.

Job description

Are you organised and detail-oriented? We’re looking for Pick and Pack Specialists to ensure our products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you. Locations: St Marys, Eastern Creek, Erskine Park, Blacktown.

Shifts Available:

Day shifts: 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am and 10am starts.

Afternoon shifts: 1pm, 2pm, 3pm starts.

Duties of the role:

• Pick pack RF scanning and Voice picking.
• Wrapping and labelling pallets.
• Receiving and dispatching.
• Using pallet jacks: manual, electric or pallet riders.
• Labouring – container unloading, freight handlers.
• Sorting stock.
• Manual handling, potential up to 25kgs.

About You:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet demand and set daily targets.
• Ability to lift up to 25kgs if required.
• Understand proper manual handling techniques.Must be available for full-time hours Monday-Friday.
• Minimum 6 months Warehouse experience.
• Drives to get to site.
