Job summary

Hoban Recruitment seeks experienced LO Order Pickers to join a busy warehouse operation in Kings Park, NSW. This hands-on role blends order picking, forklift operation and general warehousing duties within a fast-paced distribution environment.

Shifts are 6am–2pm, Monday to Friday, at $35.96/hr with weekly pay, potential for overtime and opportunities for upskilling. On-site parking and convenient transport access are available; training is provided and permanency potential may exist.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current High-Risk Work LO/LF Licence.
• Experience operating LO order picking machines and forklifts.
• Experience in warehousing and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Operate LO Order Picking machines safely and efficiently
• Operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts as required
• Use RF scanners to pick and process orders accurately, picking furniture
• Conduct stock replenishments and putaways
• Pallet wrapping, labeling and staging orders for dispatch
• Manual handling up to 25kg.

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with LO experience who enjoy a hands-on role combining order picking, forklift operation, and warehouse duties within a fast-paced distribution environment.

Shifts available:

• 6am – 2pm Monday to Friday | $35.96/hr

Duties of the role:

• Operate LO Order Picking machines safely and efficiently
• Operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts as required
• Use RF scanners to pick and process orders accurately, picking furniture
• Conduct stock replens and putaways
• Pallet wrapping, labelling and staging orders for dispatch
• Manual handling up to 25kg.

About You:

• Hold a current High-Risk Work LO/LF Licences
• High Reach and Counterbalance forklift experience highly regarded
• Previous warehousing and distribution experience
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse systems
• Good verbal and written communication skill
• Ability to meet daily targets in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Able to commit to Monday to Friday assignments
• Physically fit and comfortable handling furniture and lifting up to 25kg
