Plena Healthcare is seeking a Physiotherapist to support residents in Yorke Peninsula. The role focuses on Residential Aged Care, delivering evidence-based therapy programs, mobility work, and care plan reviews in a multidisciplinary team.

You will join a national allied health provider committed to quality care and professional growth. Sponsorship is possible for the right candidate, with a supportive team and flexible arrangements.

Competenze

• General AHPRA registration is required.
• Current Police Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.

Our multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Podiatrists, Speech Pathologists, Dietitians, and Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) is passionate about improving client outcomes.

This Physiotherapist role focuses on Residential Aged Care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs, including mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions, and group-based active ageing services.

Plena is excited to be continuing to grow in the community aged care space and is glad to offer a diverse role that allows clinicians to work across RAC and Community settings.
