Job summary

Smart Solutions Rehab Group on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver community-based services across Maroochydore and surrounding regions. You’ll work with adults, assess needs, and support home modifications and cognitive rehab with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Registration with AHPRA is required and ongoing professional development is expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver community-based OT services to adults across the Sunshine Coast, Gympie and Moreton Bay regions.
• Work across funding streams including NDIS, Aged Care, DVA and private.
• Support clients in functional assessments, ADL retraining, cognitive rehab and home mods.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote growth and quality care.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering community-based OT services to adults (16+) across the Sunshine Coast, Gympie and Moreton Bay regions
• Working across multiple funding streams including NDIS, Aged Care, DVA and private
• Supporting clients in functional assessments, AT scripting, minor home mods, ADL retraining, cognitive rehab, pressure care and more
• Contributing to a rich team culture of collaboration and growth alongside our multidisciplinary team (OTs, Physios, EPs, SPs)
