Job summary

TLC Healthcare invites a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our Residential Aged Care Facility and TLC Primary Care clinic in the Geelong region (Armstrong Creek, Belmont, Wallington). Full-time, on-site position with diverse clinical duties and private practice opportunities within our medical hub.

You will assess residents, design exercise programs, manage pain, and collaborate with families and practitioners to enhance quality of life for our diverse patient base.

Qualifications

• Physiotherapy qualification with current AHPRA registration.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
• COVID-19 vaccination (3 doses) & 2026 flu vaccination.
• NDIS check and police clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments of residents and patients.
• Prescribe exercises and develop personalised care plans.
• Manage pain and coordinate treatment with the care team.
• Communicate with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct falls prevention reviews and oversee private practice at on-site hub.
• Utilise on-site gym and hydrotherapy facilities for therapy programs.
