TLC Healthcare is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our dedicated team at a Residential Aged Care Facility and TLC Primary Care clinic in Hallam. You will perform thorough clinical assessments, create exercise plans, manage pain, and liaise with residents, families and clinicians from our on-site facilities.

The role demands compassionate patient care, strong communication, and current AHPRA registration, with opportunities to treat in our modern gym and hydrotherapy area.

Qualifications

• Passion for caring for a diverse client base including elderly residents.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• A Physiotherapy qualification with current full registration with AHPRA.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• COVID-19 vaccination (3 doses) and 2026 flu vaccination.
• NDIS Check (police clearance) and working rights in Australia.

Responsabilités

• Comprehensive and up-to-date clinical assessments of a wide variety of patients.
• Exercise prescription and the formulation of care plans.
• Pain management and rehabilitation.
• Correspondence with residents, families, community patients, and practitioners.
• Falls review and falls prevention management.
• Private Practice in onsite medical hub.
• Access to on-site gymnasiums and hydrotherapy pool for programs.
