Job summary

TLC Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our Residential Aged Care Facility and TLC Primary Care clinic in Melbourne. You will provide comprehensive assessments, tailored exercise programs, and pain management, while coordinating with residents, families, and healthcare teams.

This full-time role leverages our on-site gym and hydrotherapy facilities to deliver high-quality care, with opportunities for professional development and integration across care settings.

Qualifications

• A Physiotherapy qualification with current registration with AHPRA.
• NDIS Check and police clearance.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive and up-to-date clinical assessments of a wide variety of patients.
• Exercise prescription and the formulation of care plans.
• Pain management.
• Correspondence with residents, families, community patients, nursing and medical practitioners and equipment suppliers.
• Falls review and falls prevention management.
• Private practice in our onsite medical hub.
• Fully equipped gymnasiums and hydrotherapy pool on site to assist in treating patients.

The Role

• Comprehensive and up-to-date clinical assessments of a wide variety of patients
• Exercise prescription and the formulation of care plans
• Pain Management
• Correspondence with residents, families, community patients, nursing and medical practitioners and equipment suppliers
• Falls review and falls prevention management
• Private Practice in our onsite medical hub
• Fully equipped state-of-the-art gymnasiums and hydrotherapy pool are also available on site to assist you in treating and creating programs for your patients.

Qualifications/ Requirements

• A genuine passion for caring for a diverse client base including elderly residents
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• A Physiotherapy qualification with current full registration with AHPRA
• A valid current driver's licence and own vehicle
• NDIS Check (including police clearance)
• Full Australian working rights
