TLC Healthcare's Residential Aged Care Facility in Melbourne is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our integrated health team. You'll conduct comprehensive assessments, design exercise plans, manage pain, and liaise with residents, families, and medical staff in a supportive, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Physiotherapy degree with current AHPRA registration.
• Valid Australian driver's licence and access to own vehicle.
• NDIS check including police clearance.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsabilités

• Comprehensive and up-to-date clinical assessments of a wide variety of patients.
• Exercise prescription and formulation of care plans.
• Pain management for residents.
• Correspondence with residents, families, community patients and staff.
• Falls review and falls prevention management.
• Private practice in onsite medical hub.
• Utilisation of on-site gym and hydrotherapy pool for program delivery.
