InOne Healthcare is seeking a passionate Community Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Fairfield, NSW. This role offers in-home visits and aged care settings with real flexibility and autonomy, in a supportive multi-disciplinary environment.

We welcome applicants with current AHPRA registration and experience in community, mobile, or aged care physiotherapy. Full time or part time roles available, with strong admin support and opportunities for mentorship.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Experience in community, mobile, or aged care physiotherapy.
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical reasoning.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel locally.
• NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check & WWCC or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physiotherapy in clients' homes and community settings.
• Assess and develop personalised rehabilitation programs.
• Falls prevention, mobility, pain management & strength training.
• Manage caseload with flexibility and autonomy.
• Collaborate with clients, families, carers and health professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.

About You
