Job summary

InOne Healthcare is seeking a motivated Community Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Brisbane. This role offers independence, variety, and the chance to contribute to NDIS and community aged care physiotherapy.

You’ll deliver high-quality home-based services, perform assessments, and develop personalised rehabilitation plans with strong admin support and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Experience in NDIS and/or Community Aged Care is highly regarded.
• Strong clinical Reasoning and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Passionate about person-centred care.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally up to 45 mins.
• NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check & WWCC (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Deliver physiotherapy services in clients’ homes and community settings.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalised rehab programs.
• Focus on falls prevention, mobility, pain management and strength training.
• Manage own caseload with flexibility and autonomy.
• Collaborate with clients, families and other health professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
