Job summary

InOne Healthcare is seeking a passionate Community Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Fairfield. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a difference through in-home and aged-care physiotherapy across Western Sydney and surrounds.

You'll deliver high-quality services in clients' homes, manage your own caseload with flexible hours, and benefit from strong admin support, travel locally, and opportunities for mentorship and career progression.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Experience in community, mobile, or aged care physiotherapy.
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical reasoning.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and hold a driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy in clients’ homes and community settings.
• Assess and develop personalised rehabilitation programs.
• Focus on falls prevention, mobility, pain management and strength training.
• Manage own caseload with flexibility and autonomy.
• Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and other health professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.

Key Responsibilities

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
• Experience in community, mobile, or aged care physiotherapy (highly regarded)
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Passionate about person-centred care
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
• NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check & WWCC (or willing to obtain)
